PRICING

Signing Fees are as follows.

Signing a single set of documents one location: $125.00

Signing a single set of documents two locations: $135.00

Signing two sets, single location: $135.00

Second Trips: $50.00

Additional travel charges may apply.

Fees due even if loan does not close. Fees due and payable at close of escrow or within fifteen days.
